SUPPLIER COMPLAINT
We create, process, handle and close the complaints related to incoming products. We coordinate with suppliers to solve defects in products or documentation. We utilize the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to create complaints. We also request 8D reports from suppliers if there are any errors in the documentation. Once all the complaints are resolved, we close the complaint in the ERP system.
